Blueprint is a professional architectural practice based in North Wales. The company has grown to a team of 5 due to the demand for our services. This has been generated through word of mouth due to our excellent reputation.

Our initial site visit and consultation is free of charge. This enables us to assess the project and give advice on the feasibility from both a Planning and construction view point. At this stage we are able to advise on costs for our services as well as budget figures on build cost.

Our work comprises a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial projects. These vary from a single room extension through to housing and apartment developments of 100+ units. The industrial and commercial clients which we have been instructed by also range from extending their existing facilities together with new build projects.

We have good experience and a good track record of work in relation to listed buildings and would be more than happy to assist with conservation works and sensitive projects.
