Blueprint is a professional architectural practice based in Wrexham, North Wales. Our work comprises of a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial architect projects, with clients from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire, Oswestry, Cheshire, and beyond. These architect projects vary from a single room extension through to housing and apartment developments of 100+ units. The industrial and commercial clients which we have been instructed by also range from extending their existing facilities to new build projects.

Our initial site visit and consultation is free of charge. This enables us to assess the project and give advice on the feasibility from both a building planning and construction view point. At this stage we are able to advise on costs for our architect services as well as budget figures on build cost.

We have good experience and a good track record of work in relation to listed buildings and would be more than happy to assist with conservation works and sensitive projects.

Our comprehensive and thorough approach can be tailored to your exact need and budget. Our services can include initial feasibility studies and planning applications, detailed drawing packages for building regulations and construction, through to site supervision and full project management. Again we are happy to advise on the level of involvement your project may require from our initial consultation.
