Fixed fees have always proved effective for both ourselves and our clients. From the moment of instruction our clients are fully aware of the costs involved. This also allows us to produce several design solutions to each project without each client incurring additional costs. These can include our clients requests, our recommendations and as is most often the case, a combination of the two.

We believe that we provide extremely competitive rates and offer the best value available. Each project is quoted individually for the time required. Should works be postponed or cancelled clients are billed on a pro rata basis for works completed.
